Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Children under the age of 12 years cannot participate in the experience. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Q: Is there a maximum weight restriction?
A: Participants weighing more than 110 kg are subject to assessment by instructors. If the participant weighs more than 95 kg, surcharges apply. The following are the additional charges for participants over 95 kg:
Q: Are parking spaces available for guests traveling by car?
A: Yes, parking spaces are available on site.
Q: Do I have to purchase the "Photo + Video" package in advance? Can I purchase it on-site?
A: Guests can purchase through KKday first, or they may purchase additional package options on site. On-site fees are as follows:
Q: How many photos are in the "Photo & Video" package? What is the length of the video? Will I be able to view it right away?
A: There are about 100 photos, and the edited video is 5–7 minutes long. After the experience is over, an email will be sent to guests. Please confirm receipt of the photos and video files before leaving the site to avoid any discrepancies.
Q: Do you provide third-party photography services?
A: To capture 360-degree views of your entire skydive experience, kindly choose the dedicated video package for an additional A$269. The event provider will inform you if it's possible to be arranged according to the conditions of the day. (fees are for reference only and is subject to pricing on-site)
Q: Can I bring my own GoPro or camera?
A: For safety reasons, participants are not allowed to bring any belongings (including cameras, mobile phones, GoPros, and other devices) on the plane
Q: How long is the total experience time (from meeting to returning to the departure point)?
A: The experience time will be determined based on the weather conditions on the day of the jump. Participants are advised not to arrange other activities that day.
Q: What kind of clothing should I wear?
A: Guests are advised to wear loose, casual clothing and lightweight, fully-enclosed sneakers. Hiking shoes or high heels are not permitted
* Due to COVID-19, no shared clothing is being offered. Please ensure to bring your own fleece/jumper and long pants if the weather is cold
Q: What else should guests be aware of before the skydiving experience?
A: Do not consume drugs or alcohol 8 hours prior to your skydive.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
If the prodduct can be cancelled within a period of time, please email us at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation date to cancel the product, based on the tour local time zone.
If cancellation is successful, refund would be conducted within 7-28 days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.
Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 business days. With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
