Perth one-way free shuttle pick-up (limited to guests departing from Perth)

A complimentary one-way coach transfer is available from selected Perth city hotels (currently limited to specific locations). Please note, the return service does not include a drop-off at the hotel. After arriving at Barrack Street Jetty in the Perth city area, you will need to make your own way back to the hotel, which is approximately a 10-15 minute walk.

Getting here with public transport

The Fremantle Train Station & bus terminal is a 5-minute walk from Victoria Quay. See the Transperth website for a journey planner to help find the best public transport route.

Parking

Parking in Fremantle is limited, and spaces often fill up quickly. Our check-in office is just a 5-minute walk from Fremantle Train Station, so we highly recommend using public transport or rideshare services.

There are several paid parking areas in Victoria Quay, offering short, medium, and long-term options. Please note that this parking is not undercover or secure, and spaces are in high demand. Allow extra time to find parking, especially during busy periods. Public transport is recommended where possible.

You have two payment options for parking:

1. Pay on Arrival: Pay for the number of days at the ticket machine by entering your vehicle registration (maximum of 7 days). For longer stays, contact Wilson Parking at 1800 727 546 (Option 0).
2. Pay via the Wilson Parking App: Using the app, you can pay for parking, and your vehicle registration is automatically recorded as paid by parking inspectors. The app also allows you to extend your parking stay, up to a maximum of 7 days.

Perth ferry terminal

Ferries from Perth depart and arrive at Pier 3, Barrack Street Jetty, Perth.

Reservations Office Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may change without notice).

A free shuttle service is available for 8:30 AM departures from Perth hotels only. Please note that hotel pickup does not include a drop-off service. Travellers will need to arrange their own return transportation to their accommodation after the ferry.

Getting here with public transport

The Elizabeth Quay Train Station & bus terminal is a 9-minute walk from Barrack Street Jetty. See the Transperth website for a journey planner to help find the best public transport route.

Parking

A limited number of paid parking bays are available at Barrack Street Jetty, with a maximum stay of two or three hours. For longer parking, options are available at Terrace Road, Council House, Concert Hall, and the Convention Centre. Please note that parking spaces are limited. It is recommended to use public transport where possible.

Hotel pick-up

A complimentary hotel pick-up service is offered for the 8:30 AM Perth departure from Barrack Street Jetty. Unfortunately, this service is not available for Fremantle departures.

To add this service to a booking, follow the steps below:

1. Choose the Perth Ferry option.
2. After selecting the return ferry, provide your hotel details in the notes. If the accommodation is not included, the nearest pick-up location will be arranged.
3. Reconfirm the hotel pick-up time and location with the reservations team 24 hours before travel.
4. Be ready at the chosen pick-up location 10 minutes before the designated time.
