How to Get There
This cruise departs from Town Jetty which is located in front of Little Stiller Distillery at 7 Mandurah Terrace, Mandurah, WA 6210 - near the Mandurah Town Bridge. Our booking office and gift shop are a 10-minute walk from here.

  • Prices are per person and valid for travel 1 April 2023 to 30 Apr 2024 , for other dates please enquire.
  • Please arrive at designated location 15 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time
  • We recommend bringing a camera, sunhat, sunscreen, and sunglasses
  • We suggest wearing comfortable clothing with a warm top, as it can get cool while on the water
  • If you suffer from motion sickness, please take medication prior to arriving at the meeting point
  • No smoking is permitted onboard any of Mandurah Cruises’ vessels or on the departure jetty
  • All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions which can be found here
  • Adult over 18ys allow to drink alcohol , guest who under 18ys we only provide soft drinks
  • Bottomless Free-flowing drinks do not imply unlimited consumption; we must adhere to the Australian RSA regulations. If you appear to be physically uncomfortable due to excessive drinking or exhibit signs of intoxication, we will cease to provide alcohol. Our onboard staff should have a comprehensive understanding of alcohol-related knowledge, including the effects and impacts of drinking, to offer accurate information to guests. Our staff is qualified to monitor your alcohol consumption throughout the entire cruise and promptly advise guests to be mindful of their drinking limits. Staff reserve the right to suspend alcohol service if you display signs of intoxication or exhibit behavioral changes associated with alcohol consumption.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 14days. No refund if cancel within 14days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
