Transportation

Your first stop is the Sunlover reservations desk inside the Reef Fleet Terminal where cruise staff will issue you with a boarding pass and directions to the catamaran.

Things to Note

  • All fares are inclusive of Marine Park fees and GST in AUD.
  • Min 1 | Max 200 Guest Capacity
  • No refund will be provided if the semi-submersible tour or glass bottom boat tour is not
    operated due to weather or mechanical issues.
  • Participation in all water activities note: For activities such as scuba diving, underwater walking, or other high-intensity activities, a health check form must be filled out on the day of departure. Click to view the form: English  Please check in advance whether you are eligible to participate by reviewing the health check form. Guests who declare themselves unfit for health on the day of departure and are unable to go into the water or participate in activities will not be eligible for a refund.
  • After scuba diving, flying on an airplane within 18 hours is not allowed. Please note that for those who choose "book a direct flight to go and return by boat," there is no guarantee of time for training in deep diving and underwater walking. Please confirm the conditions on the day of booking.
  • FAQ - Can I bring a camera for Intro Dive scuba diving? Participants in the Intro Dive experience are not allowed to bring a camera underwater if they do not have a scuba diving license due to safety reasons. Only those with an Open Water Dive License or above can bring a waterproof camera underwater, but individual situations are subject to instructions from the boat company's coach on-site. (Snorkeling or adding a second scuba dive on the same day allows the use of a camera underwater.)
  • LANGUAGES :English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Italian, German, Spanish and other language speaking staff are employed by Sunlover Reef Cruises.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 2days. No refund if cancel within 2days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options.
