Participation Requirements

Participants must be able to understand and communicate in English.
Participants must be able to swim confidently while wearing a life jacket.
Minimum passenger age is 8 years old.
Bring a positive attitude and a sense of adventure!
Tours operate daily and run in most weather conditions.

Important Information

All participants must have sufficient English communication skills and be able to swim confidently while wearing a life jacket. If a participant is found at check-in to be unable to meet these requirements, participation may be refused and no refund will be provided.
A reasonable level of physical fitness is required, as some parts of the experience may be physically demanding or challenging depending on conditions.
A comprehensive safety briefing and guidance from your tour guide are provided.
Each jet ski can carry a maximum of 2 people, with a combined maximum weight of 200 kg.
The minimum age to drive a jet ski is 16 years old. The minimum passenger age is 8 years old.
Participants under 18 years of age must have a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Wind Conditions Guide

10 knots: Generally calm water with comfortable riding conditions.
15 knots: Slightly choppy water with a bumpier ride.
20+ knots: Rougher water conditions with larger waves and increased sea spray.
Tours may be modified, rescheduled or cancelled in extreme weather conditions for safety reasons.

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 7days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.
