    • No prior experience needed. This activity is safe for beginners to participate
    • Participants must weigh between 0kg-140kg for this activity
    • Participants must have a height of at least 120cm to join the activity

    • This activity is not recommended for pregnant women
    • Participants should be fit and well, with no significant knee, hip, or back problems, broken bones, or recent surgeries, and can stand unassisted for 1 hour
    • The burner noise can be frightening to young children

If the flight cannot take place on a specific day, you can choose another date for the flight within 12 months, but refunds are not available. Flight activities may be canceled due to adverse weather or force majeure factors.
  • Flexible Ticket: Provides a 60-minute flying experience (including breakfast). If the flight cannot take place on a specific day, a refund is possible. Flight activities may be canceled due to adverse weather or force majeure factors.
  • It is advisable for guests to purchase travel insurance; our company can provide an insurance claim letter if needed.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
If the prodduct can be cancelled within a period of time, please email us at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation date to cancel the product, based on the tour local time zone.
If cancellation is successful, refund would be conducted within 7-28 days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.
Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 business days. With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.

  1. Balloon flight experience

    At first, we had to wait a little bit, but then the staff (who were really kind and knew a lot about this) told us that they were trying to find the perfect spot so that we could have the best experience for balloon flight, and it was very heartwarming. The breakfast that we had after the flight was also really good, and I recommend that you bring clothing that keeps you warm, my sister had to borrow my clothing 😂

  2. 起飛當天無理取消，且堅持不肯退款

    在前一天晚上成功check in後，起飛當天，我與另外2名老人一大清早起床，且乘坐熱氣球公司的專車到peterson集合地點。

    在到達peterson集合地點後，我們再一步填寫了準備進行起飛的表格。

    可是在乘坐另一輛熱氣球公司專車前往起飛地點途中，被熱氣球公司職員通知要取消飛行，且沒有提供任何實際或合理理由，只是不停的「Sorry guys…」。惟當天一整天沒有下雨，天朗氣清，本人至今仍摸不著頭腦到底為何要取消這活動。

    本人正與客服和熱氣球公司接洽商量退款事宜。特此紀錄發生在本人且家中2名老人的不愉快事件。在此特別保留使用法律途徑追究熱氣球公司的權利。勸喻其他有意參與這活動的遊客三思。
