Day 1: Arrive in Cairns → Check-in at 5-Star Harbour front Hotel
Upon arrival in Cairns (any flight arrival time is acceptable), make your own way to the iconic Shangri-La Hotel, The Marina, Cairns. The hotel is just 10 km from Cairns Airport, and a short 15–20 minute drive by taxi or Uber (small cost at your own)
Located right on the waterfront, the Shangri-La Hotel offers unbeatable convenience. Please take an Uber or taxi on your own (approximately a 15-minute travel time).
Great Barrier Reef Cruise Departure:
Please walk to the Reef Fleet Terminal (just a 1-minute walk from the hotel).
Departure location: The Reef Fleet Terminal, #1 Spence Street, Cairns
Check-in time: 9:45 AM
Return time: 5:30 PM, arriving back at Cairns Marina
Pricing is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We recommend booking at least 10 business days in advance to allow for better arrangements.
Some dates may be subject to Skyrail or train operating hours and availability.

For city view rooms, please specify your preference for either two queen beds or one king bed when booking. The price remains the same.
This is a semi-guided package and does not include full-time Chinese-speaking tour guide services throughout the entire itinerary.

Recommended items for the Great Barrier Reef cruise: swimwear, sunscreen, towel, slippers, sun hat, sunglasses, seasickness medication, etc.
Itineraries may be adjusted in sequence or extended by additional days based on circumstances.
During peak seasons, weekends, and school holidays, tour spots and accommodations tend to be fully booked. If the originally booked hotel is unavailable, alternative hotels or upgraded room categories may be offered.
Prices may be adjusted before ticket issuance to reflect hotel changes. If the revised price is higher than the original, you may accept or request a refund. After ticket issuance, no changes to itinerary or price are allowed.
Alternative 5-star hotels (if Shangri-La is fully booked) may book the following hotel : Crystalbrook Riley, Crystalbrook Flynn, Crystalbrook Bailey, Hilton Hotel Cairns, Pullman Reef Casino Cairns, Pullman International Hotel Cairns, Cairns Harbour Lights, or other equivalent 5-star hotels. (All alternative hotels are offered without breakfast included.)
NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
