Come back to earth and be whisked off by your private transfer to a beachfront five star resort to enjoy a private breakfast at your own table.  Breakfast is at NuNu's Restaurant in Palm Cove.  Includes Australian sparkling wine to toast your hot air balloon ride!  Your delicious breakfast is cooked to order is your choice from a gourmet tropical breakfast menu.  Time to reflect on your morning ballooning in the skies!

    Pick up is available from accommodation in Cairns and Northern Beaches.
    The hot air ballooning Cairns experience concludes between 8.45am and 9.45am
    All bookings are weather dependent, and in the case of bad weather your booking will be rescheduled
  • Tour currently operates on Daily subject availability . Tour does not run on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
  • Children below 4 years old, expectant mothers, and travelers with reduced mobility are not allowed to participate in this activity.
  • Pick-up service is available for most accommodations in Cairns; please provide your hotel's name and address in the Note section when booking. This is an hour-long transfer; your pick-up time will be specified in your booking confirmation.
  • Children 3 years old and younger may join the tour without participating in the hot air balloon flight; one parent must take care of the child on the ground while the other parent takes the hot air balloon flight.
  • Travelers ages 4–17 must be accompanied by an adult during the entire tour (in and out of the hot air balloon).
  • Travelers must contact the service supplier with their confirmation number during office hours at least 2 days prior to the travel date to reconfirm the booking, pick-up details, and departure time. Please adjust your travel plans according to the details given by the service provider at reconfirmation.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the pick-up time at your pick-up location. There might be a 5- to 10-minute delay depending on the traffic. If your coach is late or you are not picked up, please call the service provider with your confirmation number to double-check.
  • The departure time for the first and second flight is the same. Once travelers have arrived at the location, those embarking on the first flight will enter the hot air balloon basket and begin the 30-minute flight; the second flight participants will follow the first flight hot air balloon by car.
  • Vehicle tracking for the transfer service is available; please add your mobile phone number in the Note section when booking to be provided with the tracking method and details.
  • Travelers are advised to consult a doctor before booking and prepare personal medication if needed; please make sure to specify your health conditions and medication in the Note section when booking.
  • Travelers with the following conditions are not recommended for participation: High blood pressure, Cardiac disease, Acrophobia, Pregnancy.
  • Hot air balloons usually fly at an altitude of 2,500–4,500 feet; travelers who went scuba diving the night before this tour are not allowed admission; travelers who went scuba diving in the morning 1 day before this tour are required to consult a licensed diving instructor about this tour and are responsible for their own health.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 3days. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
