Snorkel or dive, visit the underwater observatory, cruise in a semi-submersible, or relax on the sundeck with a delicious buffet lunch. The Great Barrier Reef, a colossal underwater city, isn't a single entity but a vibrant network of over 2,900 individual reefs and 900 islands. This breathtaking natural wonder, the largest reef system and marine park on Earth is so vast it can be seen from the moon!

Savour the flavours of the reef with our delectable onboard dining. Start your day with morning tea and a selection of cakes, followed by a sumptuous hot and cold buffet lunch featuring a variety of dishes, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices, all catered by a renowned 5-star Cairns hotel. Afternoon tea with cheese and biscuits will be served as you cruise back to Cairns. Complimentary tea and coffee are available throughout the day. A range of snacks and beverages can also be purchased from our onboard bar. Please inform us of any dietary needs at the time of booking so we can best accommodate you (some requests may incur a surcharge).

Fuel Surcharge Notice: Due to rising fuel prices caused by the conflict in the Middle East, a fuel surcharge will apply to new bookings for outer reef tours from 1 May 2026.
The surcharge will be $10 per adult / $5 per child, payable on-site at check-in.
(Helicopter activities may incur an additional helicopter fuel surcharge.)

Things to Note

Required Items for the Reef Trip

Swimwear, towel, sunscreen, and footwear such as sandals or flip-flops.

Cruise Ticket

Infants under 4 years old travel free of charge.
Please specify the number of infants when making the booking.

Helicopter Child and Weight Policy

Children aged 3 years and above are charged at the adult rate.
Infants under 3 years old may sit on a parent’s lap free of charge (limited to one infant per flight, must be advised at the time of booking).
The maximum individual seat weight limit is 130 kg.
Passengers exceeding this limit are required to purchase an additional half seat, payable directly to Nautilus Aviation on the day of travel.
Please provide the body weight of each passenger at the time of booking.

Important Notes

The listed departure and arrival times are for reference only and may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
Any delays may affect the scheduled helicopter flight time.

Notes for Underwater Activities

All participants engaging in scuba diving, sea walking, underwater scooters, or other high-intensity water activities must complete a medical declaration form on the day of travel.
You may request a copy of the health reference form from FIT Travel after booking.
No refund will be provided if a guest is deemed medically unfit or unable to participate on the day of travel.

Frequently Asked Question

Can I bring a camera during the Introductory Dive?
For safety reasons, participants without a valid diving license (Open Water Dive License or higher) are not permitted to bring cameras underwater.
Only certified divers may bring waterproof cameras, subject to the instructor’s discretion on the day.
Snorkelers or guests booking a second dive on the same day may use cameras underwater.

Cancellation Policy (Great Barrier Reef Helicopter Package)

Once confirmed, a 15% cancellation fee applies.
Cancellations made within 74 hours prior to departure will incur a 100% charge

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 3days. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.

早上在碼頭排隊待服務人員逐一確認登記後便上船前往綠島(中途站), 船會在綠島(接綠島遊客上船)停泊一會兒才再開船前往外堡礁, 在前往外堡礁途中服務人員會講解注意事項及設施, 可以即時購買自費項目:Scuba Doo, 深潛, 直昇機等, 會告知自費項目時間在到達船公司的海上平台後便可自行按時間報到。Scuba Doo可以清楚見到珊瑚礁及可餵魚(會拍照), 即使不懂游水人士也能輕鬆掌握。浮潛要游得較外出才見到珊瑚礁, 但也看到不同種類的魚及鯊魚。在水下觀察室還見到當地明星巨大蘇眉魚Wally 非常幸運。強烈建議接送選一程乘坐直昇機, 從高空看大堡礁絕對是另一番景象非常壯麗!!!絕對會再重遊大堡礁!!!
