  • A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
  • Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
  • Times are subject to availability and to change at the discretion of the tour operator
  • The tour operates in light rain. If heavy rain, wind, or thunderstorms make the experience unviable, the tour operator will contact you one or two days in advance to reschedule or offer a land-based tour or a refund
  • The tour operator shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, delay, loss or damage caused by the provision of, or failure to provide, any services listed
  • Oyster type and provenance is subject to availability. When oysters from local waterways are not available, oysters may be sourced from another oyster farm
  • A 100% fee will apply for no-shows

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
