Situated in Darling Harbour, next to SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium and WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo.
How to Get There:

  • Take the Big Bus to Stop 19, then walk 1 minute.
  • Or walk approximately 10 minutes from Town Hall Station.

Things to Note

  • All prices are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars).
  • This is a hop-on hop-off self-guided tour. Please keep your ticket safe and present it to the driver when boarding.
  • You can redeem your ticket using either a printed voucher or an e-voucher with any Big Bus driver or staff member.
  • After completing your booking, a Tour Voucher will be sent to your email, including full operator contact details.
  • Your ticket validity period begins once it is activated on your first boarding, and you may enjoy unlimited rides within that duration.
  • Big Bus operates 365 days a year, but routes may be adjusted or diverted due to local events or road closures.
  • Each route takes approximately 90 minutes, so please allow enough time for sightseeing.
  • The bus is an open-top double-decker, and services continue in all weather conditions (the upper deck has a retractable roof). Please bring sun protection or rain gear depending on the weather.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult, and care should be taken when boarding or alighting.
  • If your ticket includes the Harbour Cruise, please confirm the departure time and location and arrive at least 15 minutes before boarding.
  • Free Wi-Fi and multilingual audio commentary (8 languages) are available onboard. It is recommended to bring your own earphones for the best experience.
