Our daily sunrise flights over the Byron Bay region – Australia’s most easterly point – gives you the unique opportunity to be the first to watch the morning’s sunrise over the Australian mainland from the air.

How to Get There:
• By car From Byron Bay, take the Ewingsdale Road west toward the Pacific Motorway. At the south-bound motorway entrance round-about, turn right on the Woodford Lane, then right again into The Farm

Notices

  • It is recommended to wear clothing suitable for walking or hiking, enclosed waterproof shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and your camera
  • Children need to be ages 7 or above and require an accompanying adult to fly. They will also need to be at least 120 cm tall so they can see over the top of the basket. Please also keep in mind that the burner noise can be a bit frightening to young children
  • The weight limit for each individual is 140 kg, and 50 kg for children
  • The pilots and crew will be on hand to welcome you when you arrive at Peterson's Champagne House at the designated time
  • The pilots check the morning's local winds conditions in readiness for your flight and listen while he or she gives you a short flight brief
  • Traveler who have the following diseases or conditions that are not suitable for excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity.
    Pregnancy, Cardiac disease, High blood pressure, Acrophobia
  • Hot air ballooning relies on suitable weather conditions to proceed safely. Similarly, the tour may be postponed due to less than the minimum number of passengers being achieved. If your balloon flight has been canceled, a partial refund will be provided
  • All passengers are required to be fit and well, with no significant knee, hip, or back problems, broken bones, recent surgeries, or pregnancy, and the ability to stand unassisted for 1 hour

Cancellation Policy

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
If the prodduct can be cancelled within a period of time, please email us at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation date to cancel the product, based on the tour local time zone.
If cancellation is successful, refund would be conducted within 7-28 days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.
Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 business days. With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
