Learn how the town of Alice Springs has evolved into the central hub of the Australian outback. Visit historical sites and some of the essential services delivered from Alice to the community of this vast region. The traditional custodians of the land are the Arrernte people, who refer to Alice as 'Mpwante'. Visit Alice Springs Reptile Centre, home to the largest reptile display in Central Australia, where you'll have lots of fun, particularly during the show.

  • Where do I find my pick time and location?
    Pick up times and locations are found in the Trip Details section of each tour page. Please select either the location of your hotel, or the location closest to your hotel if your accommodation is not included in the list of options.
    Once your Day Tour is confirmed you will receive your booking confirmation and itinerary which will have the details of your pick up time and location included.
    To maximize your time on tour we pick up only from hotels where we know our guests will be waiting for us. Please re-confirm 24 hours before your trip departs to ensure your desired pick-up location will be on the coach route. The hotel you are staying at may not necessarily be where your specific tour departs, please re-confirm with our team before your trip.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 2days. No refund if cancel within 2days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
