  • All passengers MUST provide the below information at the time of booking:

  • Maximum individual passenger weight limit of 125kgs / Maximum total payload of 240kgs
  • Infants aged 2 and under are required to sit on a parent's lap. Children aged 3 and over require their own seat.
  • Infant under 3 years old is free of charge
  • Whilst every effort is made to ensure your privacy on Whitehaven Beach, it is a public beach and therefore complete privacy cannot be guaranteed.
  • Courtesy bus subject to availability; passengers that do not arrive at their pick up location on time may be classed as no-show
  • Passengers may also provide their own transport to the airport
  • Confirmation of your booking and exact flight time MUST be reconfirmed with the tour operator upon receiving your tour voucher

Cancellation Policy
