It is one of our most frequently asked questions! âWhat if we donât see whales?â
If on any tour whales are NOT sighted, passengers are entitled to join us again free of charge. The return trip must be within the same whale season (September â November). If travel is in the last two weeks of the season, you may re-book for the next season.

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
