The authentic Tasmanian seafood tour! Departing from Hobart on our half day Deep-to-Dish: Tasmanian Seafood Cruise will see you feasting on the freshest seafood straight from the ocean! Cruise in style and comfort aboard our premier power catamaran along some of the most untouched and idyllic waterways in the world. Join us on this half day culinary and sightseeing tour down to Bull Bay on Tasmania's Bruny Island. Come face to face with towering sea cliffs, sandy beaches only accessible by boat and spot sea life such as dolphins, whales, seals and sea birds whilst sampling the freshest wild seafood caught and cooked on board our luxury vessel. Start the day with a seasonal fruit platter including Tasmanian cheeses and indulge in a selection of premium local wine, sparkling and beer. Throughout the day our skilled diver will harvest live periwinkles and sea urchins and will expertly prepare these for you on board. You will also feast on fresh Tasmanian abalone, fresh Tasmanian rock lobster, local oysters, mussels and whole Atlantic Salmon. Experience Southern Tasmania's idyllic scenery and local wildlife. Explore the Derwent and the D'Entrecasteaux Channel and come face to face with the creatures that call it home. We routinely have spectacular close encounters with dolphins, whales, seals and sea birds.

Hobart Wharf
Meet on Hobart’s iconic Elizabeth Street pier, just a stone’s throw from the Hobart CBD, and jump on board our catamaran, Cuttlefish. We’ll pour you your first drink as we get to know each other before moving onto shucking some local oysters (and try shucking an oyster for yourself!).
Taroona Sea Cliffs
Cruise a short distance down the Derwent River from Hobart where we will nestle under the towering sea cliffs. Cruising past the blowhole at Blackmans Bay we will prepare blacklip abalone for you to sample from our interactive cook station. Hobart has a significant convict history, be sure to ask our crew any questions as we go!
Bull Bay
We will venture south and stop in at the secluded Bull Bay off the iconic Bruny Island where your skilled diver will submerge into the ocean to catch the freshest periwinkles and sea urchins. These will be prepared for you before your eyes, as fresh as it gets.
Dennes Point
Rounding the most Northern tip of Bruny Island we will encounter oysters and mussels growing naturally in the wild.
D’entrecasteaux Channel
Entering the sheltered waters of the magical D’entrecasteaux Channel we will prepare & serve mussels and periwinkles before making our way to Shepards Point.
Shepards Point
We will cruise across to the stunning Shepards Point to visit an active Atlantic Salmon farm. The next course is fresh Tasmanian salmon, served two ways and perfectly seasoned on a Himalayan rock salt slab.
Return to Hobart
Then we cruise back to the port of Hobart, with Tasmanian Rock Lobster as our last stop on the seafood menu. Take in the views with a final drink to bookend our half day experience and refresh your palate with a slice of on-board baked Huon Valley apple cake. It’s been a pleasure to share the day exploring the water with you.

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 14days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
