Itinerary:
Enjoy a relaxed day in the hinterland on this classic Mount Tamborine winery tour with gourmet lunch, departing from the Gold Coast. Visit three boutique wineries for guided tastings, take in a scenic lookout and linger over a two-course lunch, with all transport taken care of. Your experience begins with door-to-door pickup from central Gold Coast accommodation (or a nearby meeting point). Sit back in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle as you’re driven up into the Tamborine Mountain wine region, known for its family-run cellar doors, cool climate and rolling hinterland views. Across the day you’ll visit three wineries such as Cedar Creek Estate, Hampton Estate and Witches Falls, where your host will guide you through tastings of around 6–8 wines at each stop – from crisp whites and sparkling styles to rich reds and local favourites. A two-course gourmet lunch at one of our partner venues is included, giving you time to slow down and soak up the atmosphere. There’s also a stop at a scenic lookout for photo opportunities, and time in the afternoon to browse Gallery Walk for fudge, local produce and boutique shopping, depending on the day’s schedule. Throughout the tour, your friendly local guide looks after the driving, hosts the tastings and shares stories about Tamborine Mountain’s food, wine and history, before returning you to your Gold Coast accommodation at the end of the day.
