Nowhere else in Australia can you depart from a capital city by boat, and arrive in an award winning wine region on the same day. Relax and enjoy the iconic city skyline and beautiful picturesque landscape as you escape the city and cruise leisurely into the upper regions of the Swan Valley.

You'll be treated to a delicious, filling grazing table lunch from the coveted Sandalford Estate following an exclusive behind the scenes cinematic tour of the winery and a special wine tasting! All of this is capped off with live entertainment and tantalizing desserts on board your return cruise.

Itinerary

9:45 am - Your cruise departs from Barrack St Jetty, Perth
10:00 am - Morning tea is served on board as our captain provides informative commentary
11:00 am - Premium West Australian wine tasting on board with cheese & biscuits
12:00 pm - Arrive in the Swan Valley and disembark from your cruise to join Swan Valley Tours & their bus driver
12:15 pm - Lunch with a glass of wine/juice/tea or coffee at Sandalford Estate
1:00 pm - Taste of three premium wines at Sandalford Estate prior to lunch; and another three wine tastings after lunch at the Cellar Door
2:45 pm - Re board you vessel for the return cruise back to Perth with afternoon tea, coffee & cakes
3:15 pm - Bar is opened for you to enjoy all-inclusive standard Western Australian wines
4:15 pm - Live entertainment from the crew
5:00 pm - Your cruise returns to Barrack St Jetty, Perth

Transportation

Getting to Barrack Street Jetty, Perth
Barrack Street Jetty is only a short stroll from the Perth CBD and is easily accessible by public transport.

Train and Bus

The Elizabeth Quay Train Station and Busport is located 400m from Barrack Street Jetty. Exit the train station/busport on The Esplanade and walk east where you will cross over William Street keep walking until you reach Barrack Street (300m), turn right and head south towards the river (100m) along Barrack Street. Head directly towards the water front by the Bell Tower.

Blue CAT Bus

Take the free CAT bus right to our front door. The blue CAT runs in a north south direction between Barrack Street Jetty (stop 2) and Northbridge all week. Arrival times may vary, you can access live times on the Transperth website.

Ferry

Transperth operates regular ferry services between Elizabeth Quay and Mends Street Jetty (South Perth) all week, perfect for visiting the Perth Zoo.

Parking

You can find a limited number of paid parking bays at Barrack Street Jetty which are available for up to two or three hours at a time. If you need more time at Barrack Street Jetty you can find longer parking options just a short distance away:

  • All per person prices quoted are in Australian dollars and valid from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024.
  • Please check in 20 minutes prior to the departure time.
  • Due to the possibility of high-water levels in the Swan River during periods of rainfall, a coach transfer may be necessary for all or part of your journey to/from the Swan River. A coach substitution may be necessary without advance notice, due to circumstances out of our control.
  • Please note that mobility access is limited on all Swan River vessels due to the design and construction of the boats. All travellers with mobility constraints are encouraged to contact our reservations team prior to booking to discuss their specific circumstances. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 3days. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
