  • Pay On Board LEVY : National Park & Ferry fees need to be paid in cash or EFTPOS to the driver upon departure. Per Person: Adult = $80, Child 13 years & under = $60
  • Desert Safari Tour: In the event of rain or poor weather conditions that make sandboarding inconvenient or unsafe, the sandboarding/sand tobogganing activity may be replaced with a “4WD Desert Safari Sightseeing Tour”, which includes a visit to the Tangalooma Wrecks Beach. Each guest named in the booking will receive a ticket for this as a part of their check-in process. This is because sandboards cannot operate on wet or rainy conditions. Guests will also be required to visit the resort’s tour desk to confirm the schedule of their tour; failure to do so may result in missing the tour during their island visit.

Cancellation Policy

10% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 7days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).

    優點:
    1.行程豐富，人員很專業
    2.浮淺隨時有人確認團員狀況，有同行朋友不是很會游泳但隨行教練會特別照顧
    3.獨木舟不太會使用但有教練協助用水上摩托車拉回
    4.有提供防曬乳、飲用水、餐食
    缺點:
    1.沒有地方可以沖洗，滑沙完全身是沙，只能用海水簡易清潔

  3. Fitt Travel處理團隊友善/但活動人過多

    2024/1/12更新，後來Fit travel展現出誠意，來電說會退點錢給我，個人覺得此代訂公司還是不錯的，因此把分數提升，只是sunsetsafari這間本地旅行社有大頭症，自認自己處理不錯。

    缺點：
    1.我已經在6:50抵達，沒看到半點東西，當下心裡是崩潰的，後來自己叫計程車過去港口，多花了25刀，而且後來我跟兩位韓國男生聊之後，他們也是跟我遇到同樣情況！

    看了影片和文字說明，以為在platform 10等待，實際等待區必須要走到對面，我回放影片好幾次並沒有提到，不停說在platform 10，對面有ABCDEF，寄來的EMAIL集合地點中，也沒講是在對面哪個地方集合，就寫platform 10，因此我當作像看translink那樣，就待在platform 10

    後來知道是一台巨大白色巴士，周遭也沒有印任何的sunsetsafari，玻璃又是近全黑，請問我是要如何知道是這台？

    2.浮潛人數一次都超多，對於安全性有點疑慮，記得正常潛水是一位教練帶四位學生，一次就20多個人浮潛；另外雖然提供穿短蛙鞋，但我還是挺怕腳踢到別人，或是被別人蛙鞋踢到臉割傷，已有自由潛水A1以上，並且想浮潛的人，可以三思考慮。

    優點：
    1.滑沙不錯玩
    2.獨木舟落單的話，會幫忙配對，不過建議出發至少還是兩人較好

  4. Amazing Experience

    What an amazing experience! It’s absolutely worth the trip from the Gold Coast to Moreton Island. This beautiful island is accessible by a ferry that docks right on the beach. Our tour guide was fantastic, taking us through thrilling 4WD tracks to reach the island’s desert for some exhilarating sandboarding. After that, we had a delicious lunch on the beach, followed by kayaking and snorkelling around the 15 wrecks and the coral reef system. The underwater world was stunning with beautiful coral beds and an abundance of fish – so many that you could almost catch them with your bare hands if you were quick enough. To top it off, we even had a close encounter with a wobbegong carpet shark! This was undeniably the best day trip ever, and I think a big thank you to all the crew is needed for making it so unforgettable. My wife and I had a blast!

  5. Great tour

    What an incredible adventure! We snorkeled and kayaked around the shipwrecks, embarked on a thrilling 4WD journey through the bush and sand, had a heart-pounding time sandboarding down those seriously steep dunes, and indulged in a satisfying beach picnic. When I returned from the trip, my friends were absolutely blown away by how much I’d packed into a single day, and the best part? It never felt rushed. Gordon, our guide, was fantastic, and I even made some fantastic new friends on the trip. I wholeheartedly recommend it – go get “wrecked” for an unforgettable experience!
