Schedule time

Adelaide City Departure: Departure is at 6:45 am, return is at 22:40 pm.
Cape Jervis Departure: Departure is at 9:00 am, return is at 20:15 pm.

Kangaroo Island Departures (for guests staying on the island) :

  • Seafront Hotel, Penneshaw: Departure time: 10:15 am, return: 18:45 pm.
  • Mercure KI Lodge, American River: Departure time: 10:25 am, return: 18:30 pm.
  • Aurora Ozone Hotel, Kingscote: Departure time: 10:15 am, return: 18:30 pm.

  • Visit Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery, South Australia’s only commercial Eucalyptus Oil Distillery, for a delicious two-course lunch and guided tour.
  • Option to taste Kangaroo Island Ciders’ Colony Cove products (additional cost) at Emu Ridge.
  • Explore Clifford’s Honey Farm, learn about honey extraction, taste a honey soft drink, and potentially sample Drunken Drone Brewery’s Honey Wheat Ale.

Important Notes

This is an English group tour, with multi-language itinerary flyers available upon request. For groups of 12 or more, please contact customer service for special arrangements.

This tour includes travel to and from Kangaroo Island, offering time to rest during ferry transfers and coach travel between attractions. If you have more time, consider staying overnight on Kangaroo Island or joining the Kangaroo Island Sip & See Escape the day before your tour for a more relaxed experience.

Please note: False Cape Wines is not available on Saturday, October 28, 2023; wine tasting will be at Dudley Wines on that day.

Adelaide City Departure and Pick-up location

Cape Jervis Departure

Kangaroo Island Departures(For Kangaroo Island Accommodation guest) :

  • Seafront Hotel, Penneshaw: Departure time: 10:15 am, return: 18:45 pm.
  • Mercure KI Lodge, American River: Departure time: 10:25 am, return: 18:30 pm.
  • Aurora Ozone Hotel, Kingscote: Departure time: 10:15 am, return: 18:30 pm.

Guests must arrive at the pick-up location at least 15 minutes before departure. There will be no waiting for late arrivals, and guests will be considered to have forfeited their booking automatically without refund.

Things to Note

  • Prices are per person and valid for travel 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2025, for other dates please enquire.
  • Kangaroo Island is in high demand throughout the year, so it is recommended to book at least 2 months in advance to secure availability.
  • A child is 3-14 years. Infants 0-2 years are free of charge.
  • Itinerary and inclusions are subject to change without notice, especially on days classified as catastrophic fire danger on Kangaroo Island.
  • If you have any special dietary requirements please contact us and let us know.
  • On Island Tours DO NOT include mainland coach transfers or ferry to/from Kangaroo Island. You must be on Kangaroo Island to participate in the Day Tours at the ‘on island’ price. If you require transfers and a ferry please select an alternative option above.

^On Island Departures from Kingscote or American River include:

  • KI Transfers will transfer you from your hotel to Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery to meet the SeaLink Tour coach which departs from Penneshaw.
  • At the conclusion of the tour in Penneshaw, you will meet the SeaLink Shuttle at the Penneshaw Ferry Terminal that departs at 7pm for your transfer back to American River or Kingscote.

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 30days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
