After landing at Hyden Airport in the morning, the local visitor centre staff will collect you for ground transfer to various optional local points of interest for an unforgettable visit before retuning in the afternoon for your return flight to Perth (Jandakot)

GETTING TO YOUR DEPARTURE GATE AT JANDAKOT AIRPORT…

There is limited parking at Jandakot airport, we recommend getting a lift to our departure lounge or adding the ‘Mainland Chauffeur’ option to your booking

GETTING TO AND FROM ROTTNEST ISLAND AIRPORT…

While it is a nice walk from Rottnest Island Airport to the village, it can be tricky with baggae or after a long days travel.
There is a regular shuttle bus on the island, OR, we recommend adding the ‘Island Chauffeur’ option to your booking.

For the very best value, select the smallest seat configuration for your required quantity of passengers and payload.

For the very best comfort, select a larger aircraft for more legroom, more baggage capacity and easier onboarding/offboarding

Selecting the larger aircraft with just 2 passengers makes you eligible for the FLY & RIDE package (Add-on Fee $59 pp) ,  where E-bikes will be transferred with you on the aircraft for your use at your destination! Select this upgrade after selecting the ‘up to 6 passengers’ Aircraft booking, but with a max of 2 passengers.

The cost displayed after date and time selection is the TOTAL for the round trip for your group.

    • Earlier than 9am will display including a surcharge.
    • Later than 4pm will display including a surcharge.

  • All passengers are weighed at check in.
  • Weight restrictions mean we cannot take passengers over 120kg. False declaration of body weight may result in your fare being cancelled. Please allow for clothing when declaring your weight as you will be weighed in your current attire.
  • Infants (under 2 years of age) can be hosted. The combined weight of the infant and parent must be under 120kg. Please ask our staff for more information.
  • Bags Allowance
    Small Aeroplane:    Max 45kg total.  Individual item size limit Length + Depth + Height = 145cm.  For maximum size luggage, there is room for one only
    Bigger Aeroplane:    Max 80kg total.  Individual item size limit Length + Depth + Height = 165cm.  For maximum size luggage, there is room for two only.There is limited space on light aircraft.  “Carry-On” size luggage fits best, and in that case there is room for multiple such items.

Cancellation Policy

No refund if cancel after order is placed.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
