Age Requirements:

• By law, the minimum age to tandem skydive in Australia is 16 years old.
• Guests aged between 16 and 18 years must have parental or legal guardian consent.
• A parent or legal guardian must be present at the drop zone on the day of the skydive. If a parent or legal guardian is not present, notify a staff member immediately. They will arrange for the correct documents to be signed before skydiving.
• Please note to leave a note when booking if you are between 16 and 18 years old, as the supplier must be informed in writing before the jump date.

Weight and Health:

• Participants weighing more than 95 kg are subject to assessment by instructors. Refer to the overweight surcharge info for fees related to different weights.
• If you are on medication or have special physical conditions, consult your medical doctor before booking.
• Travel insurance is strongly advised.
• Travellers with high blood pressure, cardiac disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, or pregnancy are not recommended to participate.

Scheduling and Arrival:

• Skydiving time depends on weather conditions. Do not schedule other trips or activities on the same day. The experience may finish within 3–4 hours if the weather is good, but it could take up to a day of waiting if conditions are not ideal.
• Please arrive at the designated location 20 minutes before departure; the tour will not be delayed.
• Passengers using the free pick-up service from Sydney CBD must clear the entire day, as all must finish their jump before the bus returns. An estimated time of departure will be provided with your booking confirmation.
• If a customer fails to show up or load on the day of their skydive, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• In cases where a skydive is unable to proceed due to operational or weather-related reasons, customers will be offered an alternative date, a transfer to another Skydive Australia location, or a refund. Refunds must be requested through the original booking agent, as agent terms and conditions may vary. If a customer transfers to a location with a lower retail price, the difference will be refunded. However, the guest must pay the difference if the new location or experience costs more than $50 above the original value, directly to Skydive Australia.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Services:

• Free coach transfer is available every Monday, Thursday, and Friday from the bus zone in front of 806 George St, Sydney at 7 am. This transfer must be booked in advance.
• For chaperones, a round-trip transfer fee of A$30 applies, paid on-site in cash directly to the driver. Seats are subject to availability.

Additional Info:

• If you have booked the photography service, files will be sent to your email after the experience. Ensure you receive the email with intact files on-site in case of any disputes.
• To book the Dedicated Video Package, make the request on the day of the activity. The local agency will decide if the arrangement is viable; surcharges apply.
• All participants are required to fill out the APF form before departure.
• Please refer to your voucher for the meeting time and point information.
• The skydiving location may change due to weather conditions. Provide a reachable contact number in Australia so the local agency can best accommodate you.
• Contact the local agency customer service 24 hours in advance to check tour details.

Safety and Preparation:

• Skydiving requires 15–45 minutes of ground preparation. Follow all guidance and instructions from professional coaches.
• Due to safety reasons, carry-on items (e.g., cameras, smartphones, GoPros) are not allowed on the plane.
• Wear comfortable clothes and tight sneakers. Jumpsuits will be provided on-site. In winter, wool clothes and gloves are available (subject to on-site availability). Avoid hiking shoes or high heels.
• Physical distancing will be monitored with appropriate signage. Staff will wear protective clothing and minimise physical contact. Sanitiser and face masks are available on-site, and all areas are regularly cleaned and sanitised.
