Grab a paddle and a partner and spend a day kayaking around the beautiful North Harbour waters of Manly in this double kayak. Explore some of Sydney’s most exclusive beaches only accessible by boat and try to spot some wildlife along the way. You’ll be fitted with a life jacket and paddle, and given an explanation of the area before gliding out into the waters at your own pace. Transportation

Getting there:

  • If arriving by ferry, turn right after disembarking — the hire point is located in front of Manly Wharf Bar.
  • If driving, park at Wentworth Street Carpark, just a 1-minute walk towards the Wharf.

Duration

  • This experience runs for approximately 4 hours.

What to Bring

  • Wear your swimmers with a rash vest or t-shirt
  • Shoes that you’re happy to get wet (thongs or sandals are fine)
  • Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses
  • Dry clothes to change into after the activity

Additional Information

  • Two adults can share a double kayak.
  • A child under 3 years old may sit in the middle of the kayak, provided the total combined weight is under 250 kg.
  • In the event of rain or bad weather, the experience will proceed unless cancelled by the provider.
  • Participants must be able to swim at least 150 m confidently.
  • Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Maximum combined weight: 250 kg.
