Things to Note

  • Currency: All prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
  • Check-in Documents: Please bring the credit card used for booking along with your e-ticket for verification.
  • Dress Code: Prefer Smart Casual/Cocktails . We recommend avoiding flip-flops, singlets, or overly casual attire.
  • Menu: High Tea is a specialty menu. Only limited gluten-free options are available if requested in advance. Special dietary requests, substitutions, or modifications cannot be accommodated.
  • Beverages: Includes one glass of sparkling wine on arrival. Additional drinks such as wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, tea, and espresso coffee are available for purchase onboard. All staff follow RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) guidelines.
  • Celebration Cakes: Guests are welcome to bring their own celebration cake with prior notice. Refrigeration and presentation (with sparklers) will be provided. Chef-prepared dessert options are also available for a small cakeage fee.
  • Children: All guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Accessibility: Wheelchair access is available on selected vessels (Sydney 2000 Ocean Deck, Captain Cook 3 Main Deck, The Jackson Main Deck). Not suitable for Starship Sydney and Starship Aqua.
  • Weather: Cruises operate in all weather conditions. All vessels are fully air-conditioned with panoramic windows. In the event of severe weather or government restrictions, the operator reserves the right to amend or cancel services.
  • Special Events & Holidays: Discounts and group offers are not valid on selected special events or public holidays.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 3days. No refund if cancel within 3days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
