Broadwater Fishing Charter

Minimum of 4 guests required for Charter to run.

Fishing the Broadwater is an activity for up to 8 people and is a great way to see a different part of the Gold Coast. We will take SHARED BOOKINGS of 'Beachcomber' of up to 8 people to try various fishing techniques to help you with your catch - chasing species such as Flathead, Bream, Whiting, Flounder and Squid within the sheltered waters of the Gold Coast's Broadwater.

Its a great family friendly outing too.. perfect for the school holidays! Child price is for ages 5 and up. If guests wish to bring younger children on board, we recommend booking our Private Fishing Charter instead.

Day out includes snacks, bottled water and soft drink refreshments.

We also have a toilet on board!

Fishing Charters

Let our Skipper take you on a Private Fishing Charter of the Gold Coast’s Broadwater – or Offshore when conditions allow – aboard ‘Beachcomber’ so that you have a whole boat to yourself for up to 8 people.

Fishing the Broadwater is a Calm Water adventure where we go in search of estuary fish species, targeting fish such as Flathead, Bream, and Whiting and others using a variety of proven techniques. This is your chance to try techniques such as ‘lure fishing’ if you have never done this!

Perfect family adventure! The Private Fishing Charter is a great opportunity for children to learn how to fish, our boat provides ample space to move around, and we even have a toilet on board for the comfort of our guests. If the tide allows we can take our guests yabbie pumping for fresh bait – kids love this!

When conditions offshore are suitable (swell less than 1.5m) Beachcomber can be your boat to take you in search of offshore reef species such as Snapper, Mahi Mahi and Mackeral!

We also have a SHARED Fishing Charter where Individuals can book a spot for fishing on the Broadwater at $150 per head. Minimum 4 guests to launch up to max of 8 guests.
