Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Some fees are not included in the main price, such as post-cruise transfers from Denarau Port, drinks (other than those included in the in-room minibar), deep water diving, spa treatments, and any shopping or extra activities outside the cruise itinerary.

A value-added meal package is required by the island resorts. This includes 3 meals daily from check-in to check-out. Meals must be pre-booked or paid for on-site at the island. Bringing your own meals to the island is not permitted.

Booking and Itinerary Adjustments:

• Our company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather or flight issues and retains the final decision-making rights. We are not responsible for additional costs incurred due to personal reasons, strikes, weather conditions, political factors, wars, disasters, or other force majeure situations.
• It is recommended to book at least 10 working days in advance for better arrangements. Small group tours allow for itinerary adjustments based on specific circumstances. Optional activities are not mandatory.
• FIT Travel reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Once a booking is confirmed, there will be no price increase. If additional services are required due to personal factors from fellow group members, visitors will be responsible for paying the extra fees. For example, if a visitor cannot continue the tour due to emergency medical treatment, FIT Travel will consider it as a forfeiture without a refund.

Tour Guidelines:

• All visitors must comply with the tour guide's arrangements and are responsible for any consequences resulting from their own actions. Do not bring fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, or other food items into Fiji.
• For Island Stay Packages and Awesome Passes, accommodation must be consecutive at the same resort to qualify for bonus offers. Resorts reserve the right to change conditions and bonus offers. Late check-outs are subject to availability at check-in and may incur additional charges.
• Swimming with manta rays is included seasonally (May to October) and is subject to manta ray availability. If no manta rays are sighted, an alternative snorkelling trip will be provided.
• For dive packages, age and medical restrictions apply. A medical questionnaire must be completed by the dive company. Divers cannot fly within 24 hours of diving. The company is not responsible for medical conditions arising from diving or flying after a dive.
• It is the responsibility of all customers travelling with Awesome Adventures Fiji to check and adhere to Fiji’s visa requirements.

Awesome Pass Terms and Conditions

• Important: If staying at Paradise Cove when booking an Awesome Pass upgrade, you cannot pre-purchase a meal plan. Meals must be paid directly to each resort upon arrival in Fiji.
• Minimum/Maximum Stay Requirements: Passes are valid for travel on South Sea Cruises and Awesome Adventures Fiji’s vessels to the Mamanucas (Beachcomber Island Resort & South Sea Island) and Yasawa Islands for the selected number of consecutive days.
  1. The Awesome Pass allows up to 4 nights at any one hotel/resort.
  2. For all guests staying 8 nights or longer on the Awesome Standard Pass, South Sea Island’s minimum stay requirement is 1 night.
• Passes include complimentary scheduled coach transfers from most Nadi, Denarau, and Wailoaloa hotels/resorts to connect with the Yasawa Flyer. These transfers must be pre-booked.
• Passes are activated on the first day of travel and are valid for the period shown on the pass. If clients travel beyond the pass expiry date, any additional segments will be charged at normal fares. Once clients return to Port Denarau, the pass becomes invalid for further use.
• Passes are issued for a specified number of nights. While all travel is prepaid, reservations must be made for all vessel transfers and accommodation at least 24 hours before travel. Accommodation must be booked before disembarking from the South Sea Cruises vessels. Guests can select hotels/resorts before arriving in Fiji or through the Travel Desk onboard the Yasawa Flyer or by calling +679 999 5512.
• Additional prices under "Meals" are compulsory meal plan/resort package prices provided by the hotels/resorts. These prices are per person per pass period and can be purchased at the time of booking or paid directly to each resort in Fijian Dollars. Note: Meals at Paradise Cove Resort in an Awesome Pass Upgrade itinerary cannot be pre-purchased and must be paid locally in Fiji.
• Passes can be extended at any time during travel (before expiry) by paying the price difference to the Travel Desk staff onboard the Yasawa Flyer or by calling +679 999 5512.
• Any pre-booked accommodation is subject to cancellation fees listed in the Awesome Adventures Terms and Conditions.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced "Bula Pass" and/or "Awesome Pass" vouchers will not be replaced. Loss of an Awesome Pass may result in the holder being charged directly for accommodation specified on the lost pass. Any pass used by someone other than the holder will be forfeited.
