Looking to explore the stunning Yasawa Islands? The Awesome Pass is your all-in-one solution for vessel transfers and accommodation, allowing you to pick where to stay, the type of accommodation, and how long to stay. The pass is available for durations ranging from 5 to 15 days.

After booking an Awesome Pass, you can decide on your travel dates, the resorts you wish to stay at, and the number of nights at each one. Our reservations team will check availability for the dates and room types you’ve chosen and will provide final confirmation. Alternatively, you can book resorts as you travel through the Yasawa Islands, though we recommend booking your first two nights before departing from Port Denarau to ensure availability. The Awesome Pass also includes complimentary scheduled coach transfers from most Nadi, Wailoaloa, and Denarau hotels or resorts to connect with the Yasawa Flyer, unlimited hop-on/hop-off vessel transfers, and a choice of resort options and room types for the duration of your pass.

  • Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended):
    Medical facilities in the Yasawas are minimal, and if a medical issue arises, you may need to return to Nadi. In serious cases, you may need to leave Fiji for Australia, New Zealand, or home. The risk is also higher in public areas, local vessels, etc. Sea conditions and cyclones can sometimes prevent travel on the booked dates. Therefore, it's essential to have valid travel insurance to cover emergency medical treatment or accidents and to protect holiday payments in case of cancellation or delays.
  • Optional Island Activities:
    The resort can arrange additional self-funded activities, including water and air projects.

Transportation

Departure:

  • South Sea Cruises Vessel: Departs from Port Denarau at 8:45 am.

Coach Transfers:

  • Complimentary Scheduled Transfers: Awesome Adventures Fiji provides free coach transfers to/from Port Denarau Marina for most hotels/resorts in the Nadi, Denarau, and Wailoaloa areas, as well as from Nadi Airport.
  • Return Transfers: Must be booked in advance. Note that only one coach is returning to Wailoaloa area hotels/resorts and Nadi Airport, departing Denarau each afternoon at approximately 6:15 pm.

Pricing and Inclusions:

  • Prices: Quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Exclusions: Transfers after the cruise from Port Denarau, beverages (except those in the in-cabin minibar), scuba diving, spa treatments, and any onboard purchases or additional activities not listed in the cruise itinerary are excluded.
  • To confirm the booking, we need the following guest details. Please include these details when placing the booking:
    • Passenger Names (Full names as per passport for all passengers)
    • Country of Residence
    • Free Coach Pickup: Let us know if you would like a complimentary pickup from your hotel/resort in Nadi, Denarau, or Wailoaloa Bay to Port Denarau, where your adventure begins.

Accommodation Notes:

  • Fiji Bure: Bure suites are private and often equipped with fans but no air conditioning. However, island nights are generally cool and well-ventilated.
  • Itinerary Adjustments: Our company reserves the right to make itinerary adjustments due to weather or flight changes, and we are not responsible for additional costs incurred due to personal reasons, strikes, weather, political factors, wars, disasters, or other force majeure situations.

Booking Recommendations and Guidelines:

  • Booking: It is recommended to book at least 10 working days in advance. Optional activities are not mandatory. Small group tours allow for flexibility based on circumstances.
  • Price Adjustments: FIT Travel reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without notice. However, once the booking is confirmed, there will be no price increase.
  • Personal Responsibility: Guests must comply with tour guide arrangements and are responsible for any consequences of their actions. If a guest requires emergency medical treatment and cannot continue the tour, FIT Travel will consider the tour abandoned without a refund.

Additional Important Information:

  • Food Restrictions: Do not bring fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, or other food items into Fiji.
  • Island Stay Packages: Stays must be consecutive at the same resort to qualify for bonus offers. Late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Seasonal Activities: Swimming with manta rays is seasonal (May to October) and depends on their presence. Alternative snorkelling trips are provided if manta rays are not sighted.
  • Dive Packages: Age and medical restrictions apply. A medical questionnaire must be completed before diving, and divers cannot fly within 24 hours of diving.

Awesome Pass Terms and Conditions:

  • Paradise Cove: Meal plans cannot be pre-purchased and must be paid for directly at the resort.
  • Minimum/Maximum Stay: Passes are valid for consecutive days of travel on South Sea Cruises and Awesome Adventures Fiji vessels. There is a maximum stay of 4 nights at any one hotel/resort and a minimum stay of 1 night at South Sea Island for passes of 8 nights or more.
  • Activation and Validity: Passes are activated on the first day of travel and are valid for the selected duration. Once clients return to Port Denarau, the pass becomes invalid for further use.
  • Accommodation and Meals: Accommodation must be booked in advance. Meals are paid directly to each resort in Fijian dollars unless pre-purchased. Pass extensions are available before expiry by paying the price difference.

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 45days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
