One of the highlights of the Koala Photo Experience is the Koala Cuddle Photo, where guests can gently touch a koala and cuddles.

Meet a Koala

A interactive experience that gives guests the opportunity to get up close with a koala in a small-group setting, with a maximum of 24 guests per session. This intimate experience offers a more personal and memorable koala encounter.

Meet a Koala operates twice daily at 9:15am and 3:15pm. Please allow approximately 20 minutes for the complete experience.

By Self-Drive:
A large car park is available at the entrance.

Approx. 5 km / 7 min drive from Gold Coast Airport

Things to Note

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
According to koala handling regulations, guests must be at least 140 cm tall to hold a koala.
The sanctuary is closed on two days each year: April 25 (ANZAC Day) and December 25 (Christmas Day).
This is an e-ticket. Once issued, it cannot be refunded, changed, or cancelled.
