Booking Information

  • It is highly recommended to reconfirm your booking on arrival in Cairns and confirm your hotel pick-up departure and pick-up time. For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details included on your tour voucher
  • Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
  • Upon completion of the purchase, please print the voucher and present it on the day of the tour. Vouchers presented on a mobile device are also accepted

Kuranda Skyrail Cableway Maintenance Notice
The Skyrail Cableway will be closed for maintenance in 2026 on the following dates:

  • 25 May – 3 June
  • 20 July – 18 August
  • 24, 25 & 31 August
  • 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 & 29 September
  • 5, 6, 12, 13, 19 & 20 October
  • 25 December

Stage 1 Maintenance Period:
During the following dates, only the Kuranda ↔ Barron Falls Loop Experience will operate.
The full Smithfield ↔ Kuranda service will not be available.

Operations: 5 days per week, Boarding time: 10:00 – 15:30

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation if cancel outside 24hours. No refund if cancel within 24hours.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).

  1. 🌴雨林×動物×文化一次滿足

    這趟庫蘭達熱帶雨林一日遊，真的有一種「把整個熱帶雨林精華一次打包」的感覺。從一早搭乘纜車穿越雨林開始，整片綠意在腳下展開，還能在瀑布觀景點停留拍照，那種壯闊其實很難用照片完全呈現。

    接著到達庫蘭達後的行程節奏安排得蠻順的。最讓我印象深刻的是水陸兩用車（Army Duck），一路開進原始雨林裡，女帥氣導覽員會邊開邊介紹植物和生態，真的有種在「活的自然教室」裡上課的感覺，而且非常帥，而且真的下水又爬山坡。

    野生動物園的部分也是小加分，可以近距離看到基本的澳洲特有種動物，甚至有機會互動，對於喜歡動物的人來說會滿開心的。土著文化體驗則讓整個行程多了一點文化深度，不只是看表演而已，還可以親身體驗射迴力鏢，從中了解他們的生活方式和傳統，以及感受滿滿原住民的熱情與幽默。

    中午的BBQ餐點算是中規中矩，但在這樣的環境下用餐，其實氛圍已經加分很多。下午搭乘觀光火車回程是另一個亮點，沿途經過峽谷和瀑布，景色跟纜車完全不同，是另一種視角的美。

    整體來說，這個「全包式行程」非常適合不想自己規劃交通、又想一次體驗多種活動的人。對我來說，它不只是觀光，而是一整天沉浸在雨林、動物與文化之中的體驗，很值得。

    1.司機非常友好，準時！
    2.一上車就給一張行程表，每個時間點也都很準時，對於獨旅的人只要照著表上時間到達目的地即可。
    3.此行程巴倫瀑布非常壯觀，不須此行。
    4.有需要跟無尾熊拍照的旅客，吃飽飯後就能去預約拍照，逛完動物園後再取照片即可。
    5.水陸兩用車是非常特別的體驗，講解人員也非常有趣。
    6.如果是跟朋友一起去的話，纜車最後面會幫忙合影，再看你需不需要購買，如有需要，入站前可以先準備儀容。

  3. 緊湊、豐富的自然及文化體驗

    1. 司機很準時的抵達飯店門口，但好像後面有客人遲到，等了10分鐘沒看到人，所以時間有點耽誤。
    2. 參加前天凱恩斯下了大雨，所以庫蘭達火車停駛，有點可惜。和FIT的同仁詢問退款事宜，隔天就確認完並說明會如何退費到我的帳戶，非常有效率且客氣。
    3. 正值雨季(? 瀑布水量很多，從纜車上俯瞰到步道上更近距離觀察都很舒服。纜車共有三站，所以可能遇到來自世界各地的旅客，和他們聊天、交換心得很有趣。
    4. 纜車最後一站可以逛市集，但因為距離前往雨林的接駁車僅有40分鐘，且中間可自行決定是否要逛蝴蝶園，時間很趕，應該可以再拉長。
    5. Army Duck的駕駛兼導遊非常有趣，沿路也會一直接紹原住民如何運用這些植物、哪些有毒、哪些是活化石等等，雖然許多名詞聽不動，但依然收穫良多。
    6. BBQ午餐無限量供應、味道不錯，約有一小時可以享用，14點鐘原住民文化體驗開始。
    7. 原住民文化體驗包含簡單演奏並介紹樂器、每人試完一次迴力鏢，但時間不多。
    8. Koala & Wildlife Park雖然不大，但澳洲特有的動物如無尾熊、DIGO、袋熊、袋鼠、樹袋鼠、鱷魚、蜥蜴等都有。遊客向工作人員詢問也都獲得豐富的解釋，也剛好遇到工作人員在給袋熊餵食”聖誕禮物”，看得出是一個友善的動物園。約有一小時可以遊覽，邊拍照邊看字牌介紹，時間有一點點趕，可能需要再多個10~15分鐘才足夠。
    總之遇到的司機都很友善、準時，庫蘭達的資源非常豐富，很值得好好了解，但可能因為接駁車的時間有限，且約18點太陽慢慢下山，所以每個景點的時間略顯緊湊。若火車沒有停駛，遊客可能更要趕火車，需要抓緊時間。

  4. 非常特別的體驗

    第一次體驗水路兩用軍車，在雨林內從陸地行駛進水裡，觀看不同風景，導遊也細心講解各種動植物，大廳還可以預約報名和考拉拍照，非常的療癒！
