Enjoy a shared 2 hour sailing yacht cruise along the Gold Coast broadwater. Includes 2 glasses of complimentary sparkling wine and a platter of nibbles.
Duration: 2 Hours
Make your way to Main Beach where your captain greets you as you board your luxury yacht for your 2-hour cruise. After a short safety briefing, sit back and relax as your boat sets out on the protected waters of the Gold Coast Broadwater.
Marvel at the super-yachts anchored at the Southport Yacht Club and Marina Mirage, then pass the luxurious Palazzo Versace Hotel en route to South Stradbroke Island. Continue past Sea World, Wave Break Island and the Seaway. While it’s still light, you might see birdlife such as pelicans, cormorants, terns and sea eagles. You may even spot dolphins swimming near the boat.
Sip on sparkling wine and nibble on cheese and crackers, fresh fruit and prawns during your cruise. A non-seafood option can also be arranged.
Your captain may share stories about the racing history of your vessel, which has appeared in four Sydney to Hobart Yacht Races, one of the world’s most challenging yacht races.
On the return voyage, If you chose the sunset cruise, watch the lights flicker on at Surfers Paradise and Southport as the twilight sky fades to an illuminated city skyline
After about two hours, your boat returns to the starting point where the tour ends.
We specialise in taking small groups and couple’s aboard our lovely yacht and introducing them to the sights and sounds of the calm water of the Gold Coast Broadwater.
Our signature sunset cruise is a perfect way to end a busy day on the coast. With a glass of bubbles in hand and a competent crew, how could you not feel relaxed?
Enjoy the skyline and hinterland colours change, as day turns to night and the city lights begin to shine. We also offer day time cruises to take in the many sights.
Bird life, beaches and other pleasure craft of all shapes and sizes.
was designed in Holland by the Van de Stadt design team. She was designed to use modern construction methods to produce a fast and strong hull that is also spacious and comfortable down below decks.
She was handcrafted by Michael over 3 years on the banks of the Murray River at the town of Goolwa, in South Australia.
Launched in Adelaide in 1999 she completed her first Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race at the end of that year.
This was to be the first of 4, which included a divisional win in 2001. The chase for more success took “Epsilon” first to Hamilton Island to compete in more regattas in Queensland. Then a dash across the Tasman for some more cruising and racing around the New Zealand coast line, before returning to settle, for now at least on the Gold Coast.
