We transfer passengers directly from their homes to the airport, cruise terminal, or to their destination in Australia and back home again. Transfers do not have to involve an airport or cruise terminal; we also service point-to-point transfers and private charters.

Things to Note

  • All tour and transfer prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).Once the private charter booking is confirmed and payment is completed, our company will issue a Confirmation Voucher.
    The vehicle and driver/guide will then be reserved exclusively for the customer — meaning the charter process is fully confirmed.
  • After the Tour Confirmation and Transaction Voucher have been issued, any request to change travel dates must follow our company’s Booking Terms & Conditions.
    Once issued, the booking cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • In accordance with Australian traffic laws, all passengers must wear seat belts properly while in the vehicle.
    Any fines incurred due to non-compliance will be the passenger’s personal responsibility.
  • If a child is not provided with an appropriate child safety seat, additional rental and handling fees will apply once the issue is identified.
  • For airport transfers, free waiting time is 90 minutes for international flights and 60 minutes for domestic flights.
    An overtime charge of AUD 40 per 30 minutes will apply thereafter.
  • Our travel consultant will reconfirm all charter details with the passenger before departure.
    The driver will strictly follow the itinerary provided by our company.
  • Regarding the itinerary sequence, all sightseeing stops and destinations must follow the pre-arranged route order as per the charter plan.
    Passengers cannot backtrack or revisit previous attraction

Cancellation Policy

No refund if cancel after order is placed.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
