Prices and Exclusions:

• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) per person.
• Transfers post-cruise from Port Denarau, beverages (other than those included in the in-cabin minibar), scuba diving, spa treatments, and any onboard purchases or additional activities not included in the cruise itinerary are excluded.

Booking and Adjustments:

• Our company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather or flight issues and retains final decision-making rights.
• We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to personal reasons, strikes, weather conditions, political factors, wars, disasters, or other force majeure situations.
• It is recommended to book at least 10 working days in advance for optimal arrangements.
• Small group tours allow the guide to adjust the itinerary based on specific circumstances.
• Optional activities are not mandatory.
• FIT Travel reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
• Once a booking is confirmed, there will be no price increase.
• Please book in advance to secure your reservation.
• If personal factors from fellow group members require additional services from the tour guide or staff, visitors will be responsible for any additional fees. For instance, if a visitor cannot continue the tour due to emergency medical treatment at midnight, FIT Travel will consider it a forfeiture without a refund.
• All visitors must adhere to the arrangements made by the tour guide and are responsible for any consequences resulting from their actions.

Restrictions and Requirements:

• Do not bring fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, or other food items into Fiji.

For Island Stay Packages and Awesome Passes:

• Accommodation must be consecutive at the same resort to qualify for bonus offers. Resorts reserve the right to change conditions and bonus offers. Late checkouts are subject to availability at the time of stay and may incur additional charges.
• Swimming with manta rays is seasonal (May to October) and depends on manta ray availability. If manta rays are not sighted, an alternative snorkelling trip will be offered.
• For Dive Packages, age and medical restrictions apply to scuba diving activities. A medical questionnaire must be completed by the dive company. Divers cannot fly within 24 hours after diving. The company is not liable for medical conditions arising from diving or flying after a dive.
• It is the responsibility of all customers travelling with Awesome Adventures Fiji to check and adhere to Fiji’s visa requirements.
