  • All passengers are weighed at check in.
  • Weight restrictions mean we cannot take passengers over 120kg. False declaration of body weight may result in your fare being cancelled. Please allow for clothing when declaring your weight as you will be weighed in your current attire.
  • Infants (under 2 years of age) can be hosted. The combined weight of the infant and parent must be under 120kg. Please ask our staff for more information.
  • Bags Allowance
    Small Aeroplane:    Max 45kg total.  Individual item size limit Length + Depth + Height = 145cm.  For maximum size luggage, there is room for one only
    Bigger Aeroplane:    Max 80kg total.  Individual item size limit Length + Depth + Height = 165cm.  For maximum size luggage, there is room for two only.There is limited space on light aircraft.  “Carry-On” size luggage fits best, and in that case there is room for multiple such items.

Cancellation Policy

10% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 7days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
