  • From Perth , Self drive or UBER , Make an own way to JANDAKOT AIRPORT : There is limited parking at Jandakot airport, we recommend getting a lift to our departure lounge or adding the ‘Mainland Chauffeur’ option to your booking  (Address: 16 Eagle Dr, Jandakot WA 6164)

Things to Note

  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Flight and dining times may vary due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or airspace restrictions.
  • This experience operates with a small charter aircraft, which has strict luggage limitations. Passengers are advised to bring only essential personal items.

Small Aircraft Luggage Policy

  • Total luggage allowance: maximum 45kg per aircraft (shared across all passengers)
  • Maximum size per item: total L + W + H ≤ 145 cm
  • Only one item may be carried if at maximum size
    (We recommend bringing a small backpack or handbag.)
  • Flights may be rescheduled or cancelled if weather or safety conditions are unsuitable, in accordance with aviation safety regulations.
  • Dining menus at Leeuwin Estate depend on reservation time and seasonal availability. Advance booking is highly recommended due to limited seating.
  • This experience may not be suitable for guests who are uncomfortable with small aircraft or prone to motion sickness.
  • Please arrive at Jandakot Airport on time to avoid disruption to other passengers and flight operations.
  • Alcohol consumption is only permitted for guests of legal drinking age.

To ensure your booking can be successfully confirmed, please provide the following details at checkout,

  • Individual body weight (with full clothing)
  • Mobile contact number
  • Any special requirements (dietary needs, mobility considerations, etc.)

Weight Restrictions(Passenger Limits)

  • All passengers must be weighed at check-in before boarding.
  • Due to strict safety and aircraft load limits:
    Passengers over 120kg cannot be accommodated.
  • Providing inaccurate weight information may result in booking cancellation without refund.

Cancellation Policy

15% surcharge if change or cancel after order is placed. No refund if cancel within 7days.
Noticed: If you would like to cancel, please kindly email us to cancel the tour at least 2 business days prior to this cancellation period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 7-28 business days.
Cancellation notification needs to be formally replied receipt by us during our office hours as acknowledgement.

NOTE: FIT TRAVEL would adopt suppliers' cancellation policy. Cancellation fees, if any by the suppliers, will be charged according to the supppliers' cancellation policy ( FIT TRAVEL does not charge additional cancellation fees ).
With this specific product's cancellation policy, the suppliers reserve the right of final interpretation.
If your order only pays the deposit of a product: a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable. b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.
