预订须知与条款

  • 所有价格以澳币表示, 包含消费税金 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) (including GST).
  • 客人在预订时提供的个人资料必须确保准确无误。任何不正确或不完整的资料, 都有可能导致订单被取消、失效, 又或虽已成功预订但顾客无法出行, 此类订单恕不予退款。 The personal information provided by customers at the time of booking must be accurate and complete. Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in the booking being canceled, rendered invalid, or in situations where the customer is unable to travel despite a successful booking. Refunds will not be provided for such bookings.
  • 请务必在行程或发团前提前到达集合地点, 如果旅客未在预订的出发地点和时间等候或迟到, 将被视为自愿放弃预订专案并不获任何退款。 Please make sure to present yourself to the meeting place on the scheduled time. Anyone who could not make it to the meeting place on time will be considered as leaving the group at their own will with no refund. Ensure to meet all tour schedule time, if one, partial or all members could not make it to the designated meeting place, their participation will be considered void. No refunds will be applicable.
  • 作为常识, 客人需要在出发前至少一个工作日与出团方再次确认最终的时间内容等等细节, 并在出团当日比原定出发时间早至少2小时以上(依据出团内容可能增加缓冲时间)到达出发点, 以避免交通, 临时更改等等原因造成的种种改变。As a general rule, guests are required to reconfirm the final schedule, details, and other specifics with the tour operator at least one working day before departure. On the day of departure, guests should arrive at the departure point at least 2 hours earlier than the scheduled departure time (additional buffer time may be required depending on the tour arrangements) to avoid any potential issues caused by traffic, last-minute changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • FIT TRAVEL必须收到客人的预订相关款项后才开始预订, 故须客人尽快安排好付款时间和方式以便FIT TRAVEL 的及早预订和安排而不错过预订机会。 FIT Travel will not process your order until we receive the payment with the correct amount from you. In this case, we advise you to arrange your payment schedule and method at your earliest convenience for us to make the booking and to facilitate your travel. Orders will not be processed unless all payments with the correct amount have been received by FIT Travel. Please be advised to organise your payment schedule and method at your earliest convenience for FIT Travel to facilitate your travel.
  • 敬请客人务必核对旅游行程明细, 并确保所有预定的产品准确无误, FIT TRAVEL不承担任何因阁下的疏失而产生的费用及损失。 Please make sure all details in your travel itinerary are correct. FIT Travel will not be responsible for any extra (additional) fare or loss caused by the negligence of the client.
  • 建议团友购买旅游保险。发生任何由于团友自身原因, 不可抗拒的自然因素或其他突发事件, 行程均不将获取消, 退款或赔偿, 与FIT TRAVEL无涉。 Travel insurances are strongly recommended. FIT Travel will not refund or compensate for any consequences caused by clients' personal reasons, irresistible natural forces and other unexpected occurrences.
  • 旅行服务供应商有权要求他们认为无理或损害其他旅客利益的客人退出活动, 并不承担任何责任。客人与同行旅客须对您及同行旅客造成的所有破坏损失负责。 Our local operators reserve the right to request those clients who do not properly behave or who has posed a threat to any other travellers during the trip to leave the travel group. No refund would be applicable in this case.
  • 对自行中转接驳机票, 轮船, 巴士等的行程, 客人需提前自行作好准备及研究中转流程并把握时间, 未能及时中转接驳而错过行程与FIT TRAVEL无涉。 Clients shall get themselves prepared for transits in between flights, ferries and buses when no tour guide is assigned for the trip. FIT Travel will not help those who could not make it to their next destination at their own responsibility. Clients shall only organise their own transits between flights, ferries and buses when no tour guide is assigned for the trip. FIT Travel will not be responsible for customers who cannot make it to their next destination due to their own transit issues.
  • 所有转车服务持续时间均代表正常驾驶条件下的行驶时间。若行驶时间由于客观原因超出本身预估, 我们对因航班, 火车或其他运输线路造成的延误损失概不负责。到达旅馆和观光游览所需的时间都是粗略估算的, 实际情形将取决于交通状况。 All travelling time is estimated based on normal driving and traffic conditions, which highly depend on actual traffic conditions. FIT Travel will not compensate for delays of flight, train schedule and any other transportation incidents.
  • 行程日期如没有成行, 会于客人出发前一周通知, 可作全额退费. If the itinerary date does not take place, the guest will be notified one week before departure, and a full refund can be made.
  • 对于需要最后退款的客人, FIT TRAVEL 会在行程结束后退款。 Those clients who need a refund for any of their cancelled or modified tours, FIT Travel will process all refunds after the trip.
  • 以信用卡付款的预订, 退款时手续费不获退还。 Credit card surcharge will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • 取消与更改条款 | Cancellation & Change
    1, 含机票与住宿之套装
    Packages including air tickets & accommodation
    于 FIT TRAVEL 下单并成功付款后，不得取消或随意更改；若自行取消或更改，恕不退费。
    Once an order with FIT TRAVEL is placed and paid, the package cannot be cancelled or changed at will. No refund applies.
    2, 不含机票与住宿之行程
    Tours without air tickets or accommodation
    取消或更改将依下列标准收取手续费:
    Cancellations or changes will incur the following charges:
    出发日前 14 天(含)以前:可能收取全额 25%-100% 之手续费。
    14 days or more before departure: 25%-100% of the full price may be charged.
    出发日前 6-13 天:可能收取全额 75%-100% 之手续费。
    6-13 days before departure: 75%-100% of the full price may be charged.
    出发日前 5 天(含)以内、当日不参加或行程开始后退出:收取全额 100%，不予退款。
    Within 5 days of departure, no-show, or after tour start: 100% cancellation fee applies; no refund.
    备注 / Note:FIT TRAVEL 保留最终解释权与更改权。
    FIT TRAVEL reserves the right of final interpretation and modification.
    3, 申请流程(How to request changes / cancellations / refunds)
    请至少于出发前 3 个工作天，以书面方式(电邮)提出申请，并须收到本公司之书面确认方为有效。
    Submit your written request at least 3 business days prior to departure via email, and it will only be valid upon our written confirmation.

    若客人未收到书面确认，则视为仍在处理中；请尽快与我们联系以确认进度。
    If you have not received our written confirmation, your request is considered in progress; please contact us promptly to confirm the status.
    补充说明(Additional Notes)
    所有时间之计算，以本公司收到完整书面申请之时间点为准。
    All timing is calculated based on the timestamp when we receive the complete written request.
  • 如果您在预订后未收到确认信, 请尽快与我们联系以确认您的预订状态。由于我们无法得知您未收到确认信, 因此希望您及时与我们沟通。如果没有得到您的及时沟通, 我们将认为您已经收到票券, 且其内容与您需要预订的相符。因此, 您未能及时与我们沟通而导致的任何延误、已成功预订的订单无法更改、无法出行或类似情况, 恕无法退款。If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking, please contact us promptly to confirm your booking status. As we are unaware if you have not received the confirmation email, we kindly ask that you communicate with us in a timely manner. If we do not receive your timely communication, we will assume that you have received the ticket and that its details match your booking request. Therefore, any delays or situations arising from your failure to communicate with us in a timely manner, including but not limited to the inability to modify a successfully booked reservation, inability to travel, or similar issues, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • 客人与我们交流时需提供我们的订单编号作为参考。若仅提供姓名或电话, 可能会因不准确而仅供参考, 我们不保证交流信息的准确性。When communicating with us, customers should refer to our order number. Providing only a name or phone number may not be accurate and will be used as a reference only; we do not guarantee the accuracy of information exchanged based on these details.
  • 对先交付定金预约的行程, 一旦确认行程, 定金将不获退款, 并且客人需按时交付余额。如未能按时交付余额, 行程将自动取消并且定金不获退款。 Deposit charged for booking of the tour will not be refunded to the client once the trip has been confirmed. The tour will also be cancelled automatically with no refund applicable if the client does not pay for the rest of the price of the tour on time.
  • 任何直接与供应商如航空公司, 酒店或其他联系取消预订专案是无效的, 任何预订取消或更改均须通过FIT TRAVEL 进行取消或更改。如果预订的取消或更改没有通过FIT TRAVEL 的业务顾问, 则将不获任何退款。 All refund or variation requests of the original tour package shall be processed through FIT Travel. Those requests via operators such as airlines and hotels will not be considered as effective, and no refund will be applicable.
  • FIT TRAVEL 保留行程临时更改及取消的解释权, 由于临时情况或变故, FIT TRAVEL 会尽力完成故有行程, 但也可能更改(如客人已参考行程, 不予退款), 取消行程内容及次序, 并可能介绍客人参加其他行程并需客人补差价。 FIT Travel reserve the right to explain the tours changed or cancelled at short notice. Although FIT Travel has the responsibility to spend every effort completing the original tour plan, variation or cancellation of the tour may still occur, in which case FIT Travel will recommend other tours as substitution for the clients. Possible price difference will be charged.
  • 行程如有更改, FIT TRAVEL 会马上用客人提供的联络方式通知联络客人。但由于客人自身不及时查看手机, 电邮或提供错误的联络方式等原因没有得到及时通知而造成错过行程等损失均不将获取消, 退款或赔偿, 并与FIT TRAVEL 无涉。 FIT Travel has the responsibility to contact the client via the contact details provided once the tour itinerary needs to be changed. However, FIT Travel will not process a refund or any compensation for any loss caused by clients not responding to the messages, phone calls and emails, or caused by wrong contact details filled in by the clients themselves.
  • 不包含免费同行儿童的餐饮费。如果没有座位, 免费儿童必须全程坐在同行成人的膝盖上。 Children travelling with adults on free fare will not be provided with meals. The child (usually under 4-year-old) shall sit on the accompanying adult s lap if there is no seat available on the airplane.
  • 对于有建议导游服务小费的行程, 小费不包括在团费中。如果导游在服务过程中没有不当, 客人需按照小费的额度要求付给导游。 For tours with tips not including in the tour package price, clients shall tip the tour guide with the proper amount as long as the tour guide does not behave improperly.
  • 旅游套餐中的船票, 门票等由于船票, 门票其自身原因无法提供服务, 如有退款, 最多以船票, 门票等官方正价的七折退回。 Tours include attraction entry tickets, ferry tickets, bus tickets, etc., if under circumstances where the specific attraction cannot be provided, where refund is applicable these tickets will only be available refunded at 30% of the retail price.
  • 如果客人由于自己本身的原因提出更改或取消机票的请求, 需要与 FIT TRAVEL 书面确认请求, 并需承担以下费用及注义以下事项: Clients who are willing to cancel or change their flight, shall submit a request of cancellation or variation in written format to FIT Travel. Fees listed below will be charged:* FIT TRAVEL 行政处理费用$70一位一程 Surcharge from FIT Travel at $70 per person per trip * 票务中心行政处理费用大致$20一位一程(以最后确认为准) Surcharge form ticketing centre at $20 per person per trip (needs to confirm with the ticketing centre) * 航空公司罚金及补仓费(以航空公司最后确认为准) Fine from Airline Company and complement cabin fee (needs to confirm with the airline company) * 需要处理的时间以航空公司最后通知为准。 Processing time of cancellation and refund depends on the notice from airline * 更改或取消机票请于出发日期前至少3个工作日与FIT TRAVEL取得联系, 若因作业时间不充足, 航空公司拒绝退票或改签, FIT TRAVEL 概不负责。 Any request for refund or cancellation must be notified at least 3 working days before flight departure. FIT travel will not be responsible for any refund/date change application sent within 3 working days resulting delays to the refund/change process or leading to no refund/ change at all.
  • 如果由于航空公司或其他客观原因需要更改或取消航班, FIT TRAVEL将有权请客人购买其他航班并且在需要时补交相应差价。如果客人要求取消预订, 则按我们一般的退款条款处理。 FIT Travel reserves the right to ask the client to purchase other flights when the airline has to change or cancel their original flight for any unexpected reasons, and price difference will be charged. If the client wishes to cancel the booking, please refer to clause 20 .
  • 客人在预订机票后需当天核对姓名, 机票时间等等各项预订的细节, 如有出入, 需马上当天在FIT TRAVEL 的办公时间内与FIT TRAVEL 联系并通知更改, 过期则按我们一般的退款条款处理。客人预订澳洲境内机票则需在FIT TRAVEL 业务顾问输入客人资料时作确认, 境内机票一旦确认, 如有任何改动则需则按我们一般的退款条款处理。 Clients shall check their names, flight schedule and any other details of the booking the day when the booking is made. Clients shall contact FIT Travel to make corrections once any incorrect information is identified on the itinerary, if clients could not contact FIT Travel on time, it will be handled according to our standard refund policy. Details of domestic flights shall be checked with FIT consultant when making the booking. If the client wished to change the flight details once the booking has been confirmed, it will be handled according to our standard refund policy.
  • 澳洲境内机票不包括行李, 出境机票有少部分不包括行李。客人需认真确认行李额度。 Domestic flights and some international flights do not allocate checked baggage. Clients shall confirm checked baggage quota with FIT consultants carefully when making any booking.
  • FIT TRAVEL 所有单纯机票的售卖服务只停留在机票本身, 机票以外比如需要何种签证, 如何办理等等需客人自行确认及办理。 FIT Travel is responsible for the selling of air tickets only, anything other than the air tickets such as visa application will need to be taken care of by the clients themselves.
  • 在收到客人的付款后如果酒店被订满, FIT TRAVEL将有权提供另一替代的相同标准的酒店, 或与客人确认更改酒店级别并在需要时补交相应差价。 FIT Travel will provide a substitution with same or similar standard if the hotel has been fully booked after clients making the payment. FIT Travel will inform the client of the change of the hotel and price difference if applicable.
  • 如果您预定了酒店, 您所支付的费用只是住宿费用(如果有说明, 包括早餐)。退房时您还需要支付其他额外费用如餐饮费、电话费、付费电视计费等等。 Hotel fare includes only the accommodation (buffet break- fast available if indicated). Any other expenses such as meals, telephone bills, pay TV bills, etc. will be charged with the client at check-out.
  • 客人及同行旅客必须遵守酒店所设立的所有规定。 Clients and any accompanying guests will have to follow all the policies and rules of the hotel.
  • 房内人数(包括婴儿和儿童)不得超过该房间在网站上规定的人数。如有违反, 您将被拒绝入住或被收取额外费用。 Number of persons staying in one room (including children and infants) shall not exceed the limit of hotel standard, or you will be rejected when checking in or charged an extra cost.
  • 为了涵盖您在居住期间的所有费用, 您在入住酒店时将需支付押金或以信用卡作为保证。 Deposit or credit card guarantee will be requested at check-in to cover all the expenses during stay.
  • 客人签名或电邮回复同义或交付预订款项任何一项都表示同义此预订条款。 The Client accepts these terms and conditions by either of: 1.signing the terms and conditions or; 2.email reply to agree; 3.make payments.
  • 18岁以下儿童不建议单独出发, 若达不到行程公司的年龄限制网上付款, 本公司将无法退款。 Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. FIT Travel can not refund if they child under 18 years purchase tour online.
  • 您(作为客人)委託(FIT TRAVEL)担任您的代理人。FIT TRAVEL经您授权作为您的代理人, 这义味著您授权FIT TRAVEL代表您与服务和旅游产品的供应商为您(作为客人)预订和确认所有的旅游行程、航班、酒店住宿。FIT TRAVEL不是您要求我们代表您预订和确认的服务和旅游产品的供应商。 You (the client) appoint us (FIT TRAVEL) to act as your agent. FIT TRAVEL is authorised by you to act as your agent, which means you authorise FIT TRAVEL to book and confirm all tours, flights, accommodations on your behalf with the services and tour product suppliers for you (the client). FIT TRAVEL is not the supplier of the services and tour products that you request us to book and confirm on your behalf.
  • 您(作为客人)允许我们(FIT TRAVEL)保留差价(是购买价格减去我们可以与相关服务和产品供应商协商的金额的差价)作为佣金或服务费用。 You (“the client”) allow us (FIT TRAVEL) to retain, as our commission or fee, the difference between the purchase price and the amount we can negotiate with the relevant service and product suppliers.
  • 如果取消, 我们将收取一定的费用, 此费用作如果预订未被取消时我们佣金, 以及我们代表您预订的相关服务和产品供应商处理取消工作的费用。 In case of any cancellation, the fee that we charge will not exceed the sum of our commission or fee (being the amount we would have received if the booking was not cancelled) and the costs we incur on your behalf as determined by the service and product suppliers in processing the cancellation.

    Cert Diver can go deeper and longer with more flexible to dive, need present valid certification, log book, if you have not dive over 1year you may not dive as cert diver.

COVID-19 related circumstances not covered include: transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines; changes to applicable law; and other government mandates—like evacuation orders, border closures and shelter-in-place requirements. The cancellation policy will apply as usual. Our extenuating circumstances policy is intended to protect our customers from unforeseen circumstances that arise after booking. After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, the extenuating circumstances policy no longer applies because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. Please remember to carefully review the term and condition for cancellation policy when booking. We strongly urge all customers to carefully consider the cancellation policy on any reservation they make. Customers could also check whether you are covered for travel cancellations under any travel insurance policy before booking.
  • 如果阁下付了行程的部分定金, 则:
    a, 如果出发日期, 行程价格及内容均跟我方网上符合, 客服同事会马上确认 不作另行通知. 订金此时不作任何退款.
    b, 如果出发日期, 行程价格及内容跟我方网上不符合, 客服同事会向阁下提出所以替代方案, 如阁下不同意, 订金可全退.
    If your order only pays the deposit of a product:
    a, if the product has available seats on the departure date and price and contents are the same as the order you placed, the booking would be confirmed by us without additional notification to you, and the deposit is not refundable.
    b, if the product has no available seats or price or contents are not the same, we might provide alternative options. If you do not agree with the options, the deposit is refundable.

    1. 预订与确认
    Booking & Confirmation
    所有即时预订的行程产品，在您完成付款后，系统会立即进行预订并自动确认。
    All instant booking products will be reserved and confirmed immediately once payment is completed.
    若您在查询库存并付款成功后发现该产品已售罄，我们会在办公时间第一时间通知您，并按照一般行程产品售罄的处理流程办理。
    If the product is sold out after you check availability and complete payment, we will notify you during office hours and handle it according to our general sold-out process.

    2. 确认通知
    Confirmation Notice
    即时预订一旦成功，我们会立即发送确认邮件，并附上预订成功的票券。
    Once your instant booking is successful, we will immediately send you a confirmation email with the booking voucher attached.
    对于同一订单中包含的非即时预订行程产品，将依照一般预订流程进行处理。
    For any non-instant booking products in the same order, they will be processed under the standard booking procedure.

    3. 独立性说明
    Independence of Bookings
    即时预订与非即时预订的行程产品互不影响。
    Instant bookings are independent from non-instant bookings.
    换言之，即便您在同一订单中包含其他非即时预订的行程产品出现无位情况，或是另行下单的非即时预订行程产品无位，只要即时预订的行程产品仍有余位，我们都会为您确认预订。
    In other words, even if the non-instant booking products in the same order are unavailable, or if products in a separate non-instant booking order are unavailable, your instant booking will still be confirmed as long as there is availability.
    预订成功后，如需更改或取消，将依照一般行程产品的更改与取消流程处理。
    Once confirmed, any changes or cancellations to instant bookings will follow the standard change and cancellation policy.
