• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Transfers post-cruise from Port Denarau, beverages (other than those included in the in-cabin minibar), scuba diving, spa treatments. any onboard purchases or additional activities not included in the cruise itinerary are excluded.
• Compulsory Meal Plan(including 3 meals daily from check-in to check-out): This is a mandatory requirement imposed by the island resort, where guests are required to dine at the island's restaurants for all three meals daily. You can add this package to your reservation when booking, or you can opt for on-site payment upon arrival at the island. Please note that this dining plan is compulsory, and guests are not allowed to bring their own mian meals onto the island.
• Fiji Bure private suite bungalows/bure often come equipped with only fans and do not have air conditioning. However, the island nights are still cool and well-ventilated, so you can rest assured.
• Our company reserves the right to make timely adjustments to the itinerary due to weather or flight reasons, and retains the final decision-making and interpretation rights.
• Our company is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to personal reasons, strikes, weather conditions, political factors, wars, disasters, or other force majeure circumstances.
• It is recommended to book at least 10 working days in advance for better arrangements. Small group tours allow the tour guide to adjust the order of the itinerary based on specific circumstances.
• Optional activities are not mandatory.
• FIT Travel reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
• Once the booking is confirmed, there will be no price increase.
• Please book in advance to secure your reservation. If there are personal factors from fellow group members that require additional services from the tour guide or staff, visitors will be responsible for paying the additional fees.
• For example, if a visitor cannot continue the tour due to emergency medical treatment at midnight, FIT Travel will consider it as visitor's forfeit without refund.
• All visitors must comply with the arrangements made by the tour guide, and visitors are responsible for any consequences resulting from their own actions.
• Do not bring fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, or other food items into Fiji.
• For Island Stay Packages and Awesome Passes, accommodation must be consecutive at the same resort to qualify for bonus offers. Important: Resorts have the right to change conditions and bonus offers. Late checkouts are subject to availability at the time of stay and may incur an additional cost by the resort.
• The Swim with manta ray inclusion is seasonal (May till October) and subject to there being manta rays in the region. An alternative snorkelling trip will be provided should the manta rays not be sighted.
• For Dive Packages, age, and medical restrictions apply to any scuba diving activities. A medical questionnaire must be completed by the Company operating the Dive. Scuba divers cannot fly for 24 hours after diving and the company accepts no liability for medical conditions experienced as a result of diving or flying after diving.
• It is the responsibility of all customers travelling with Awesome Adventures Fiji to check and adhere to Fiji’s visa requirements.
